Lauren Spinazze
Lauren Spinazze is an associate at Girard Bengali, APC, where her practice focuses primarily on securities litigation, where she represents and advocates for both individual and institutional investors in recovering investment losses from major financial institutions. Her practice also includes the representation of employees who have faced wrongful termination or workplace discrimination, ensuring their rights are protected against unfair treatment and illegal employment practices.
Prior to law school, Ms. Spinazze built a successful career in the location analytics and real estate industries, where she managed and oversaw significant institutional relationships. During this time, Ms. Spinazze held her Series 7, Series 65, and Series 63 licenses, deepening her expertise in the financial services industry.
Ms. Spinazze graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers Law School as a member of the Dean’s Honor List and was elected to the prestigious Order of the Coif. While in law school, Ms. Spinazze served as a contract law teaching assistant and worked as a research assistant.
Ms. Spinazze earned her Bachelor of Sciences from University of California, Irvine (UCI) where she was a four-year letter winner and team captain of the women’s basketball team.
Ms. Spinazze is licensed to practice law in California.
